Dear Lina, Thank you very much for visiting us and for spending time to rate us. We are very sorry to see that your holidays were not up to the standard expected allthough i personally think that the issues mentioned in your review are minor and could have easily been rectified. I am surprised to read that your room was about 10 minutes away from reception as we do not have rooms that far and still if you found it difficult to get in and out your could have simply asked us to offer you a lift of course at no extra charge. I am also surprised to read that you did not find our food varied nor our staff at reception friendly as normally the comments we receive show the oposite. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused and be sure that things would be much different if you had a spend a minute to talk to us while you were still here.
