Aussicht ist schön. Für Familien mit Kinderwagen, ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Ein FAMILIEN Hotel wo es nicht einmal an jedem Abend eine Mini Disco gibt. Bis auf einen kleinen Spielplatz, wird generell nicht viel für Kinder geboten. Meiner 7 jährigen Tochter war ständig langweilig und dass hatten wir noch nirgendwo. Es gab kaum deutsche Kinder dort, was es für meine Kinder schwer gemacht hat, jemanden kennen zu lernen. Die Abend Animation war sehr schlecht, wenn es überhaupt eine gab. Normalerweise verreisen wir immer min 10 Tage, dieses Mal haben wir zum Glück nur 8 Tage gehabt und das hat auch vollkommen in diesem Hotel gereicht.
Zimmer waren zum Teil sehr verbraucht. Die Tür zu unserem Zimmer schloss nicht richtig, sodass wir abends einen Stuhl vor die Tür gestellt haben, um diese zu sichern.
Am besten war die Pizza zum Mittag.
Teilweise hatte man das Gefühl, dass einige Briten bevorzugt vom Personal behandelt wurden.
Bis auf die tolle Aussicht, gibt es in der direkten Nähe nicht viel.

Dear Danny, Thank you very much for being our guest and for taking time to share your experience with the world on here. We are sorry to know that you did not enjoy it as much as expected and we apologize for any inconvenience if this was caused by our services. We are sorry to see that the location of our hotel was not comunicated to you while booking but it is clearly mentioned on our website and brochures that we are located on the foot of mount Dikeos and 5 kilometers away from the resort of Kardamena. It is a pity to see mentioned on here that the door to your room did not close properly as if you had mentioned it to us it would be repaired within minutes. Such issues can occur simply by the door slaming by the wind and they are easily repaired. As far as it concerns the food, the comments we get are normaly very good and if you wished to have anything different to eat we could have easily cooked it especialy for you and according to your instructions if only we knew. The guest mix in our hotel includes a big percentage from the German Market -around 28%-, we are surprised to hear that your children did not find other children from Germany to make friends as there are a lot of German children in our mini club every day and there is children disco with a big audience 11nights per week in both Main Bar and Amphitheatre of our hotel. Please allow me not comment your phrase "Partly one had the feeling that some Brits were treated preferentially by the staff. " as i hope you can understand that there is no way for the staff to know which guest comes from where and we aproach every guest the way we are allowed by our guests and the way we are aproached by them!!! Finaly we are sorry to know that you did not like the entertainment as we have made a mix of Pop, Opera and Rock Live singers, Latin and Rock and Roll dancers, Acrobats and also quizes, dj's and parties. Surely It is not easy to please everyone as we do not all have the same taste but we do try. We are happy to know that you at least enjoyed our pizza and the views and we hope we will be given another chance in the future to look after you the way you deserve.
