Zuerst ist die Freundlichkeit aller Hotelmitarbeiter zu nennen, Die Sauberkeit von Zimmer und Anlage ist sehr gut, Obwohl das Essen sehr gut ist vermittelt das Hauptrestaurant das Gefühl vom Kölner Hauptbahnhof während der Hauptreisezeit die Geräuschkulisse ist einfach unerträglich, Als älterer Urlauber sollte man darauf achten im Hauptgebäude unterzukommen sonst sind oft erschwerte Wege in kauf zu nehmen.
Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut erhalten und sauber. Keine Bodentiefe Dusche und Karte zum Zimmer öffnen, sondern klobiger Metallschlüssel. Eben so wie es vor vielen Jahren mal war.
Das Essen war vielfältig und gut, leider war die Atmosphäre im Hauptrestaurant vergleichbar mit dem Kölner Hauptbahnhof während der Hauptreisezeit. Eine unerträgliche Lautstärke. Hier vergeht jegliches Urlaubsgefühl. Da war die Griechische Taverne schon wesentlich angenehmer, nur kleiner und somit leider sehr schnell voll.
Absolut in Ordnung. Von der Putzfrau bis zum Manager sind alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und erfüllen wenn möglich jeden Wunsch. Selten bei Urlaubsreisen so erlebt.
Außer ein paar Geschäfte in der Anlage gibt es keine Möglichkeiten zum schoppen, Mit einem Bus kann man jedoch in dem nächst größeren Ort oder nach Kos Stadt fahren, Die Fahrpreise sind mit 1,80 € und 3,50 € sehr günstig und die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel.
