We were pleased to read that you mention our staff as a highlight, comments like yours motivate us even more towards the personalized service, we will certainly pass your compliments to our colleagues. From the other side we sincerely regret that we didn’t manage to exceed your expectations in some aspects of your holiday. Indeed two of three pools are with sea water and it is reflected on our official web-site. Concerning our main restaurant, it can be a bit noisy and hectic in the peak times, but those who are looking for quietness can visit main restaurant a bit earlier of later, to avoid the rush of the majority of our guests, as well there is an option to visit our a-la-carte restaurants, where one can certainly enjoy the tranquillity. Let me though disagree with your comment regarding the food variety, this was surprising considering the other reviews on this site! We would like to thank you also for providing us with your constructive comment and assure you that we will keep working hard to develop and improve our service and we hope to have a chance to let you experience it, in case you intend to stay with us again don’t hesitate to contact us in advance!
