We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us, first of all, please let us express our gratitude not only for choosing our resort for your family holidays on Kos but also for taking the time to share your impressions with us. We are extremely disappointed to hear this about your most recent stay in addition we are very much of the belief that everyone who comes to Mitsis Norida Beach Resort departs fully satisfied and we regret that you did not on this occasion. On the other hand we cannot agree with everything you wrote. We do not agree on certain things, regarding your mention of our pools, rest assured all our pools are totally safe from electrical dangers. We also appreciate your feedback, and have taken on board your comment regarding the pool area sunbed's reservations, but we would like to note that our colleagues do their best to stop sunbed reservations at the pool and throughout the day we create a duty on preventing sunbed reservations. Your mention about our main restaurant, indeed, it might be a bit busy at rush hours but if you like quietness you can visit our main restaurant a bit earlier or later. Nevertheless, we sincerely regret your personal disappointment and appreciate your feedback relating to your stay with us.
