Wasser schmeckt nach Chlor, auch nachdem es angesprochen wurde. Weite Wege, obwohl direkte Strandlage gebucht wurde. Am Abreisetag keine Verlängerung möglich. Zimmer im Hauptgebäude sehr klein und tagsüber stinkt es nach Abgasen der Busse, wenn man auf dem Balkon steht. Essen wirklich gänzlich ohne Abwechslung, eine Mini- Änderung musste fast schon gesucht werden. Kinderanimation unzureichend. Restaurant : Plätze im Freien nur mit Wartezeit. Drin stand die Luft und der Lärmpegel war sehr hoch. Personal weitestgehend freundlich, schöner Fußballplatz. Liegen belegen sollte unterbunden werden. Alkoholische Getränke waren nicht zu genießen.

Dear Marcel, First of all we’d like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your recent holiday on Kos and for taking some time to share your experience on HolidayCheck. To tell the truth we were really upset to read that in some aspects of your holiday we didn’t manage to meet your expectations, but allows us to clear up some points. It is truth that there are some certain dishes which are present for each meal but despite the theme evenings in our main restaurant the choice is wide enough also to satisfy the guest with special diets (like gluten-free, lactose free etc.) and it's surprising for us to read that you didn't find much variety on our buffet. Concerning the room location, indeed the hotel has a direct beach location, but we have 455 rooms in different blocks on the territory of about 60 000 square meters and it's natural that some of the rooms are a bit more remote.
