Dear Schröder, Greetings from Mitsis Norida Beach and thank you for your review describing your holiday experience with us. We are delighted that you describe the hotel staff as a highlight, it's really appreciated. About the accommodation offered we would like to mention that the resort is quite big and offers different options for accommodation, some of them close to all the facilities, the others more remote and offering more privacy. There are some stairs but at the same time, there always is a way to get to any part of the hotel without any stairs, it is not always the shortest way but definitely comfortable for walks with baby-buggies or in a wheelchair. We are glad though that you found your room to be comfortable. We are also sorry that you found the food in our restaurants to be samey though it was surprising for us to read it as the vast majority of our guests are extremely satisfied with the dining options which is reflected on numerous reviews on the site. Nevertheless your feedback helps us also to improve our facilities and services that’s why we’d like to thank you for the time you devoted to share it with us and we hope you will give us a chance to welcome again in Norida Beach.
