Dear Kerstin, Greetings from sunny Kos and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on HolidayCheck. We are most pleased to know that you enjoyed some aspects of your stay as well as the newly redesigned pool area and the service offered by our team. Truthfully, our staff is a great asset to our hotel and we will pass to the whole our team all of your comments, which will surely motivate them to continue to do their best. From the other side we sincerely regret that we didn’t manage to exceed your expectations in some aspects of your holiday. Let us disagree though with the point regarding the amount of sunbeds around the pools, the amount of sunbeds is determined accordingly to health and safety standards. And at this point we would also like to mention that majority of guests prefer the newly redesigned pool area but at the same time one can always find free sunbeds around the pool closer to the beach and on the beach. As well we would like to point out that Norida beach is a big hotel with 455 rooms, in addition it's family hotel and, indeed, the atmosphere sometimes can be a bit hectic due to children, but we have 2 bars which are operating in the evening only for adults. Nevertheless, here at Norida we do consider our guests constructive comments of utmost importance in order to evaluate the level of our services and facilities and we would like to thank you once again for giving us your feedback.
