We are most pleased to know that you enjoyed so many aspects of your stay as well as the facilities around the hotel and hospitality with high-level service at our resort. Truthfully, our staff is a great asset to our hotel and we will pass to the whole our team all of your comments, which will surely motivate them to continue to do their best. From the other side we sincerely regret that we didn’t manage to exceed your expectations in some aspects of your holiday. Concerning our main restaurant, it can be a bit noisy and hectic in the peak times, but those who are looking for quietness can visit main restaurant a bit earlier or later, to avoid the rush of the majority of our guests, as well there is an option to visit our a-la-carte restaurants, where one can certainly enjoy the tranquillity. Nevertheless we are grateful for your feedback as all comments made by our esteemed guests are being taken under careful consideration in order to develop and improve our service and we hope to have a chance to let you experience it, in case you intend to stay with us again don’t hesitate to contact us in advance!
