Zwar ein schönes Hotel, aber eher für Familien geeignet. Griechische Gemütlichkeit sucht man vergebens. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen
Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten Glück, unser Zimmer war im Hauptgebäude. Die Zimmer in Hanglage sind nicht so einfach zu erreichen. Im Schrank ist ein Safe, der sich auf dem Boden befindet, mit Schlüssel verschließbar ist und für den man auch noch 38,- EUR bezahlen muss.
Es gibt 2 Restaurants. Das Essen ist gut, ausreichend aber ohne Abwechslung. Das Restaurant im Hauptgebäude hat den Flair eine Bahnhofshalle, der Geräuschpegel ist sehr hoch und warum man von einem Kellner zum Tisch geführt werden muss ist uns unklar. Das Restaurant am Strand liegt sehr schön gelegen, steht abends aber nur als Themenrestaurant zur Verfügung und morgens nur den VIP's. Die Cocktails waren verwässert, Wasser und Cola waren teilweise ungenießbar und im Internet wurden Cocktails angeboten die es nicht gab.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf die Fußball WM wurde leider nicht eingegangen. Nachfragen wurden mit der Begründung abgelehnt, dass ja die anderen Gäste belästigt würden, obwohl die italienischen Gäste, die sowieso bevorzugt behandelt wurden, jeden Abend lautstark bespaßt wurden.
Das Hotel liegt ca. 15 Min vom Flughafen entfernt. Der Transfer dauert aber ca. 40 Min da natürlich auch andere Hotels angefahren werden. Rund um das Hotel befindet sich gar nichts, so dass man mit dem Bus in die nächst gelegenen Orte fahren muss. Die Bushaltestellt nach Kardamena und Kos befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Das Wasser ist glasklar, sehr schön, während der Kiesstrand doch sehr schmal ist.

Das Animationsteam war immer sehr höflich und nicht aufdringlich. Die Poollandschaft wurde dieses Jahr neu gestaltet. Sie ist schön, ist aber nicht mit genügend Liegen bestückt. Auch die sanitären Anlagen sind nicht ausreichend. Die wenigen Toiletten am Strand waren immer verstopft/defekt und man musste die im Hauptgebäude benutzen.

We are delighted that you refer to the redesigned pool area, let us though note that the amount of sunbeds around all our pools corresponds to health and safety standards. Concerning the tables in the main restaurant, in order to provide a better service to our guests we escort them to the cleaned and settled tables according to their preferences, so guests don't need to look for a free table on their own. Regarding the safe, indeed this service is provided with an extra charge and it's reflected on our official web site as well as in the descriptions of the hotel of each travel agency. We would also like to clear up your comment regarding the italian guests. In our resort we welcome guests from all over the world and all our guests no matter where they come from are equally welcomed by any member of our team. Settemari - the italian travel agency is a Club and in their package is included not only the hotel, flight and transfer, but also an entertainment team (you may have noticed that they are wearing a different uniform with settemari logo) and representatives which are always present in the hotel, welcoming their own guests upon arrival. The hotel itself has nothing to do with it and as it was mentioned before all our guests are treated equally by each member of our team.
