Dear Oliver, We would like to thank you for taking some time to share your short holiday experience in our resort, with other HolidayCheck reviewers. We are delighted to read that we managed to exceed your expectations in several aspects of your stay, such as variety of food in our main restaurant, the Greek a-la-carte restaurant, the overall tidiness and mostly the service offered by our team of professionals. Having said that, we are very sad to read that you felt disturbed by the noise in the meal times. It is important to say that our resort is neither a family, nor a couples only hotel and we believe this is reflected in our website. Our aim is for all of our guests to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday at Norida, and just like you have mentioned it can be a bit noisy in the main restaurant during the peak times, but one can find the possibility to enjoy the meal without rush and noise visiting the restaurant a bit earlier or later in order to avoid the busy time. We also have an adults bar, which is located next to the second pool and in the evening is open only for adults and our guests who travel without children can enjoy their evening in a very private atmosphere with lounge music. Nevertheless, we are grateful for your constructive comments and we assure you that we will keep working hard in order to develop our services and offer our guests memorable holiday experience.
