Though it makes us sad to find out that your stay at our hotel did not meet your expectation and the atmosphere you were looking for. Whilst it is our aim to cater to all tastes and cultures, it appears that we failed in every way during your stay. This is surprising, especially considering the other reviews on this site! Regarding your mention about sunbeds reservations, let us inform you that we take preventive actions and remove the towels from the sunbeds which are not used for more than one and half hour. It means throughout the day we create a duty on preventing sunbed reservations. Also, we would like to note that we have second pool and our spacious beach where you can always find available sunbeds. Nevertheless, we are grateful for your feedback, rest assured that all the points raised are carefully looked into in order to keep on enhancing our product.
