Thank you for highlighting all the aspects of your stay and especially the service offered by our team of professionals, rest assured that your comments have been shared with everyone. We would also like to mention that the hotel is situated in the country side and the nature with all its beauty and of course some disadvantages (like insects, bugs etc.) is right outside of your door. Unfortunately, it happens from time to time if the guest leave their balcony doors open for some period of time, especially in the evening, some bugs to fly into the room, these bugs unfortunately can be mistaken for cockroaches, though the hotel has an organised parasites protection for the prevention of insects we always additionally disinfect the room from the infects when reported.
