Hotel und Pool wurden 2021 renoviert und sind in gutem Zustand. Leider wird der Strand weder von Plastik gesäubert, noch gerade gezogen, so dass überall stolperfallen in Form von Sandburgen und Löchern vorhanden sind.
Schön renovierte Zimmer, es könnte ordentlicher geputzt werden. Wann lernen es die Hotels, dass man Familien nicht mit Paaren in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft unterbringt, da dies immer zu interessenkonflikten führt.
Das Hotel wirbt mit gehobener Gastronomie. Tatsache ist, dass sich das Speisen Angebot wiederholt, das Essen ist langweilig gewürzt, Gewürze werden nicht angeboten, um selbst nachzuwürzen. Die Qualität der Speisen ist Durchschnitt und nicht gehoben. Hier besteht deutlich Luft nach oben. Ausserdem gibt es kein Vorspeisen Buffet. Was in der gehobenen Gastronomie zu erwarten wäre. In den Restaurants gibt es nur einfache Landweine. Um einen guten Wein zu bekommen muss man in die Weinbar. Hier wird man aber gut beraten. Cocktail und Spirituosenangebote sind in der Hauptbar für ein 5 sternehotel ok.

Viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Direkt vor dem hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle nach Heraklion. 20 Minuten Busfahrt.

Animation quasi nicht vorhanden. Animateure informieren die Gäste nicht ausreichend über Aktivitäten. Für bestimmte sportaktivitäten wahrzunehmen muss man durch die komplette hotelanlage. Volleyball findet gar nicht statt. Das hat nichts mit einem 5 Sterne Niveau zu tun.

As for sports activities, please kindly note that we have an open area fitness zone with group sport activities (yoga, stretching, full body workout etc.) and sports accessories like weights, dumbbells, step decks and mats for personal workout. Additionally, we have a table tennis, tennis court (rackets and balls are available at the reception) and some sport outdoor activities such as volleyball, ping-pong etc. The program for sport activities as well as evening shows is placed at several public areas around the resort and is always available at Reception.
