Kein 5 Sterne Hotel, höchstens knappe 4 Sterne, in die Jahre gekommen und nur teilweise erneuert, völlig überbelegt und überlastet.
Wir waren in den Zimmern 417 und 418 direkt unter dem Speisesaal, eine echte Katastrophe, laut und extrem alt. Das Badezimmer war klein, alt und extrem schlecht, ständiger Stromausfall in diesen beiden Zimmern.
Atmosphäre ist nicht so toll, total wenig Plätze und das hat nichts mit Corona zu tun, wenig Auswahl an Speisen, auch das hat nichts mit 5 Sterne zu tun, dicht auf dicht sitzt man an seinen "Essensnachbarn", furchtbar, teilweise trägt das Personal den Mund und Nasenschutz unter der Nase!!!
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, müsste aber strenger auf die Corona Regeln hinweisen und achten, ansonsten nett und freundlich.
Ca. 20 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, die Flugzeuge fliegen direkt über das Hotel hinweg, wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort, der Strand war so überfüllt, das hier nicht in einer Reihe irgendwelche Abstandsregeln eingehalten wurden, ganz schrecklich und schlimm!!!!

Die Poolanlage ist extrem klein für so viele Leute, Entertaiment gab es aufgrund von Corona wahrscheinlich nicht, wenn es Musik gab war diese furchtbar,...Fitnessraum oder änhliches ist gar nicht vorhanden, Wellness Bereich ist ok.

However, let us point out that our hotel has been recently certified with the National “Health First” Certification by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels and with the “Safe Restart” service by TUV Hellas Greece’s leader in the field of Inspection – Certification. We would like to assure you that our resort operates at lower occupancy (up to 75%) and large groups of people coming together are being limited. To ensure proper distancing, restaurants operate 24/7 to allow ample time for the seating of guests. Seating capacity has been reduced and 24h room service is available for guests preferring to dine in private. On top of that, all of our personnel across all operational departments have received extensive training on Health & Safety measures with absolute respect to official protocols. Each season we upgrade our F&B offerings with the commitment to serve the experiential needs of the international traveller. The Executive Chef of our hotel is always willing to help the customers and is ready to discuss personal wishes of the guests in case if the variety of the main buffet does not meet their expectations, so our restaurant team could even cook some meals specially for you and your family upon request. Moreover, every season, our hotels and resorts are being refurbished to make sure they are offering upgraded services and surpass our guests’ expectations. For season 2021, we are refurbishing another room suites on top of the 86 rooms refurbished in 2020, adding new swimming pools, new themed restaurants, one beach bar and larger lounge areas by the beach to the guests’ enjoyment. We also would like to mention that the hotel is located directly on the beach (Blue Flag awarded) and at the same time it is very close to the airport that is the advantage for the guests’ transfers. Our intention is to offer our guests great memories and experiences, creating one unique impression that makes them all coming back each year.
