In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, keinesfalls ein 5 Sternehotel, kein Corona Abstand am Strand oder beim Essen, Nichtraucher überall, schlecht beschrieben für Raucher, Überbelegung !!!!
Wir haben in zwei Zimmern 417 und 418 direkt unterm Speisesaal unsere Zimmer bekommen, unzumutbar extrem laut und mitten im Drehkreuz aller Zimmer, alt und das Badezimmer muss dringend saniert werden, eine extrem kleine Badenwannendusche mit einer komischen Glasabtrennung die nur Zierde ist,l klein und verwohnt und nicht so wie abgebildet, nicht überdacht und somit konnte man nicht einmal ( Regenzeit ) draussen sitzen
Wenig Auswahl für ein 5 Sternehotel,und das kann man meines Erachtens auch nicht alles auf den Virus zuurück führen, die Atmosphäre ist eher schlicht und nicht wirklich einladens, wenig Plätze draussen und für Raucher ( wie mich ) blöde, da fast in der gesamten Anlage nicht geraucht werden kann. Draußen ist null Abstand zu den Tischnachbarn und somit ist es extrem bvoll und laut!!
Das Personla war eigentllich sehr freundlich aber nicht immer konsequent mit der Umsetzung der Abstandsregeln und des Tragens von Mund und Nasenschutz, auch hat man unsere Nachbarn die Franzosen nicht auf das Anstellen und Bilden von Reihen hingewiesen und somit kamen sie nach einem und wurden vor einem bedient, schlecht!!!
20 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, keine Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ohne Leihwagen, Strand sehr mau und das nicht nur wegen er aktuellen Situation ( Corona ), vor Ort wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Der Pool ist total klein für ein 5 Sternehotel der Wellnessbereich ist ok, ein Fitnessraum ist nicht vorhanden und auch ist aufgrund der aktuelen Situation null Entertainment vorhanden, und am Strand gibt es einen " überteuerten" Anbieter von Jetski.

However, let us point out that our hotel has been recently certified with the National “Health First” Certification by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels and with the “Safe Restart” service by TUV Hellas Greece’s leader in the field of Inspection – Certification. We would like to assure you that our resort operates at lower occupancy (up to 75%) and large groups of people coming together are being limited. To ensure proper distancing, restaurants operate 24/7 to allow ample time for the seating of guests. Seating capacity has been reduced and 24h room service is available for guests preferring to dine in private. On top of that, all of our personnel across all operational departments have received extensive training on Health & Safety measures with absolute respect to official protocols. Each season we upgrade our F&B offerings with the commitment to serve the experiential needs of the international traveller. The Executive Chef of our hotel is always willing to help the customers and is ready to discuss personal wishes of the guests in case if the variety of the main buffet does not meet their expectations, so our restaurant team could even cook some meals specially for you and your family upon request. Moreover, every season, our hotels and resorts are being refurbished to make sure they are offering upgraded services and surpass our guests’ expectations. For season 2021, we are refurbishing another room suites on top of the 86 rooms refurbished in 2020, adding new swimming pools, new themed restaurants, one beach bar and larger lounge areas by the beach to the guests’ enjoyment. We also would like to mention that the hotel is located directly on the beach (Blue Flag awarded) and at the same time it is very close to the airport that is the advantage for the guests’ transfers. Our intention is to offer our guests great memories and experiences, creating one unique impression that makes them all coming back each year.
