Allgemein

Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Pools, Unterhaltungen etc. empfehlenswert. Direkt am Meer war das Hotel leider nicht, man musste zwei Straßen überqueren. Barkeeper und Personal super, sehr freundlich und lustig . Das Barkeeper-Team ist super super nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Was das Personals von der Rezeption betrifft war es in Ordnung. Es war auch sehr freundlich, jedoch haben wir zb Blumen und einen Kuchen für 10Uhr morgens gegen Gebühr bestellt, es kam erst um 19.00 an. Auch an der Abreise wurde uns noch eine Snackbox versichert die wir leider nicht mehr erhalten haben. Alles im ganzen können wir es sehr empfehlen - 9/10.

It is unacceptable that the flowers and cake you ordered did not arrive until 7pm despite being promised for 10am. Similarly, the failure to receive the snack box upon departure is regrettable. Please rest assured that we are reviewing our procedures to prevent any recurrence of this issue in the future.
