Das Hotel ist eine sehr schöne Anlage. Die Pools so kalt dass man sie nicht nutzen konnte. Der Service am Abend an den Bars schrecklich, Schlangen an der Bar, kein Service bei einem 5 Sternen Hotel. Das Essen im Speisesaal immer lauwarm, alles nur lieblos hingestellt wie in einer Kantine, keine einzige liebevolle Deko, sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. An der Rezeption wurde so gut wie nie gegrüßt. Das einzig positive war unsere Putzfrau, sie war immer freundlich und hat ihre Arbeit gut gemacht. Wir fühlten uns leider nicht willkommen, sowas sind wir von Griechenland nicht gewohnt.
