von aussen sieht das Hotel top aus, auch die Lobby, 2 Poollandschaften eindeutig zu klein, da viel zu viele Urlauber. Morgens um 7 wurden Liegen belegt
Wir waren im Haupthaus untergebracht. die Zimmer waren echt unterirdisch! Es gab eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, meine Tochter wollte den nicht mal anlangen. Der Überlauf der Badewanne war nur hinter einer dicken Kalkschicht zu vermuten, nicht mal Kosmetiktücher vorhanden. Alles sehr alt. Gegen Aufpreis hätten wir etwas besseres bekommen.
Das Essen im Haupthaus fiel so ziemlich jeden Tag gleich aus. Das Buffet war scheinbar rießig, nur leider war auf beiden Seiten das gleiche vorhanden. Der Asiate und der Italiener waren die besten a la Carte Restaurants, alles andere geschmacklos.

We are glad that you found them friendly and how much attention we offer to our guests. Referring to your comment of our main buffet variety let me disagree with you for certain aspects. Our buffet offers 18 different choices of food every evening at dinner buffet. This means that our guests have the opportunity to choose and taste 24 different kinds of traditional Greek and international cuisines. To satisfy the most demanding guests our theme nights at the main restaurant offers Spanish, Asian Mexican Italian cuisines at our action places. We have add also a Pasta bar with 5 different kinds of pasta and 4 sauces Carbonara , Bolognaise, Cold Cuts and Napolitaine. We can understand that your personal taste maybe not like our gastronomy and some of our A la carte restaurants but we feel worried you found them tasteless as the majority of the feedbacks we receive from our guests contradicts to yours but indeed although we respect and value your opinion. What you mention as negatives we of course respect them but they all have to do with personal preferences, not even expectations. The fact you booked a non renovated hotel does not allow you to judge us negatively for not providing you a renovated. Through our years of experience, we have concluded that our guests are the ones who really give us the true insights and allow us to reach the highest standards for our services and accommodation. We are very happy to know that our staff made a huge positive impact in your vacation. As far as we understand you appreciated the value for money issue, and you recognized that our staff are willing and helpful any time in any department i will congratulate them for making your stay a special one.
