Schöne Ausstattung, Zimmer hochwertig eingerichtet, Essen sehr gut, aber Schwächen im Service. Zimmerreinigung sehr oberflächlich, Elektron . Türöffnung defekt und über Tage war das Problem nicht lösbar. Am Ankunftstag stand unser Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung, so dass wir die erste Nacht in einem anderen Hotel verbringen mussten- haben danach allerdings einen Upgrade erhalten.
