Aus DeutschlandDas Hotel hat viele positive Aspekte zu bieten. Was uns jedoch negativ aufgefallen ist war, dass das Hotel in ausgebuchtem Zustand in gewissen Bereichen für die große Anzahl an Menschen nicht ausgelegt ist. Zum Teil kann es zu langen Wartenzeiten kommen (Bars, Buffets...). Es waren nicht genügend Liegen vorhanden und die Pools waren sehr überfüllt, da sie eher klein sind! Ebenso herrscht im Speisesaal eine Bahnhofshallenatmosphäre. Es ist sehr laut und man muss ständig ausweichen. Das sorgt nicht für Entspannung. Außerdem ist es sehr schwer, bei einem einwöchigen Aufenthalt einen Platz im Themenrestaurant zu ergattern. Hier muss man hartnäckig sein. Wir haben Fälle mitbekommen, wo dies nicht geklappt hat. Bei uns hat es auf Nachfrage + Warteliste geklappt. Im oberen Bereich des Hotels wurde ein Splashpark und ein toller Spielplatz für Kinder errichtet. Hier gibt es jedoch tagsüber kaum Schatten und es ist viel zu heiß. Sonnensegel würden hier Abhilfe schaffen. Das Personal ist überwiegend sehr positiv zu bewerten, sehr freundlich und engagiert. Ebenso die Qualität des Essens! Das Zimmer hat gepasst, die neuen Zimmer im oberen Bereich des Hotels sind jedoch um ein Vielfaches schöner. Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen, jedoch unter gewissen Einschränkungen.
