Auf allen Sitzgelegenheiten waren die Kissen und Sitzpolster schmutzig und mit Flecken. Verständigung in Englisch zum Teil schlecht, auf Deutsch kaum möglich. Personal überwiegend freundlich, 2 oder 3 Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich. Nicht genug Trinkgläser, abends oft in Pappbecher. Gleiche Cocktail schmeckten jeden Tag anderes, Tische wurden nicht abgewaschen. Viele Liegen am Strand defekt, Liegen am Pool den ganzen Tag besetzt obwohl keiner drauf lag, Personal kümmert dies nicht, Dress Code wurden nicht eingehalten, wurde nicht von Hotel Personal gerügt. Reservierung in Themen Restaurant kaum möglich, da ausgebucht und Massenabfertigung (lieblos). Im Main Restaurant war das Essen immer lecker und frisch
