Wir waren zum 2. mal in dem Hotel, da vor 2 Jahren das Essen nicht zu übertreffen war. Jetzt eine große Enttäuschung. Auswahl schlecht. Essen durchweg kalt. Die anwesenden anderen Gäste aus Frankreich waren dermaßen laut, sodass es schon einer Belästigung gleich kam. Dort fahren wir nie wieder hin!

Dear Mr Andreas, We read you review and we are truly disappointed. We would like to apologize to you for not meeting your expectations. what really worries us is that during the year that passed we have upgraded our food and beverage offer. During your first visit we had besides the main restaurant one a la carte and a snack bar and now we do have 6 theme a la carte restaurants and 5 different bars. Please contact us in person so you can explain in us in greater detail which were our faults so we can avoid them in our future guests. We would like you to give us another chance to restore your faith in our hotel and trust us we will soon receive another top rate review from you as you generously gave us last time. please accept once more our sincere apologies.
