Das Personal war im Großen und Ganzen freundlich und bemüht. Es gab einige unfreundliche und überhebliche Mitarbeiter, besonders an der Rezeption. Die Bars sollten eigentlich bis 1 Uhr nachts geöffnet haben, aber ab 22:30 Uhr bekam man nichts mehr zu trinken und spätestens um 23 Uhr war das Personal dann auch schon weg, obwohl die Bar unten noch voll war. Alle Besucher waren darüber negativ erstaunt. Die Anlage an sich ist wunderschön.
