Dear guest, Thank you for highlighting the beautiful location and natural surroundings of our hotel. We would, however, like to offer some clarifications regarding the concerns you mentioned: Regarding the pools, 90% of our pool facilities have been recently renovated. We offer a total of 10 pools with depths ranging from 1.22 m to 1.54 m, as well as a specially designed children’s pool with depths from 0.10 m to 0.60 m to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our younger guests. All pools are cleaned every morning, and water quality is checked three times a day. In addition, monthly tests are carried out by an accredited external laboratory. All test results remain within the safety and hygiene limits set by national regulations, as well as by the standards of the tour operators who inspect us annually. As for the sunbeds, there are 1,500 available for approximately 1,100 guests. We have a clear sunbed policy in place, and security personnel are present every morning between 08:00 and 09:00 to help manage the area. Nonetheless, we understand that it may not always be possible for all guests to find a spot exactly where they would prefer.
