Das Hotel und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön,aber auch weitläufig,am Hügel gelegen und daher viele Anstiege / Treppen, aber auch genügend Aufzüge vorhanden. Zimmer sind großzügig,hell und freundlich. Strand ist sehr schön und mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen ausgestattet.
Zimmer gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht,Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden
Leider gab es immer wieder Probleme mit Getränken,die eigentlich vorhandenen sein sollten in einem 5 Sterne Hotel in Griechenland. Häufig gab es keinen Ouzo, einmal kein Bier im Hauptrestaurant und am Hotelpool. Auch Limocello war Mangelware ! Leider musste das Servicepersonal sich die Beschwerden der Gäste anhören und waren die Leidtragenden. Beschwerden an das Management brachten nur vorübergehend Besserung . Daran muss definitiv etwas geändert werden.
Servicepersonal sehr freundlich, besonders auf der Hotelterrasse, besonders Sabi, Dimitri und Vasil. Rezeption war okay, Beschwerden wurden nur teilweise angenommen,bzw beherzigt
Transfer zum Flughafen ca 30 Minuten, Ausflüge nach Kos Stadt und andere ca 1 Stunde entfernt
