Viel zu viel Gäste ,gibt wenig Liegestühle muss man schon am morgen Früh Platz suchen für Das Beach .Katze sind im Restaurant .Hunde sind auf d Wiese genau vor unserem Zimmer!!!! Das Zimmer ist sehr schwierig zum finden bekommt man ein Plan und dann sollte man allein das Zimmer finden .Badetücher fürs Beach bekommt man dort wo das Poolbar ist .Beach ist schmutzig gibt keine Aschenbecher für Rauchen Gäste alle Zigaretten sind im Sand wird nicht geputzt. Das Essen ist nach drei Tagen immer das selber. Wir werden nicht mehr hier zu kommen.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your review. We were happy to have you as a guest in our hotel. Please allow me to sort you out some issues concerning our hotel. During the high season our hotel has about 1400 guests. If you add the sunbeds that we have on the beach and those that we have by the pools, you will see that there are enough for everybody. The inconvenience with our sun beds occurs not due to the lack of them, but because of the fact that people continue reserving them usually without even using them and sometimes they even make double reservations at the same time both near the beach and the pools, despite the fact that our hotel is against that. We always give in the Reception during the check in, a leaflet with information about our hotel and a map of it. So that our guests can easily find their way to the room or our facilities, especially during the first couple of days when they have the adaptation period. As for the food offered in our Main Restaurant, there are 23-25 dishes offered during lunch and dinner daily and this is without including the appetizers and salads. We offer a great variety of food for all tastes so that everybody can find something for himself, since we have guests from all over the world, with different nationalities, habits and preferences. To tell you the truth the fact that you found our food of date. One of the reasons that our guests become repeaters and visit our hotel again and again, apart from our excellent staff, is because of our exquisite cuisine which is fresh, tasty and varied. Almost all our guests love our beach because it is sandy, shallow and clean. This is actually the first time we are reported the opposite about its cleanliness. And finally, conserning the beach towels, we believe that it easier and more logical to get them from the beach bar since it is just by the beach and it is convenient when you want to make a change.
