Aus DeutschlandZur Zeit befinden wir uns zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel verfügt über eine sehr schöne Anlage und wir haben ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool zum Preis von 8600€ für 14 Tage. Die Kurtaxe kostet in diesem Jahr 15€ pro Tag. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer verfügt leider nicht über genügend Stauraum für zwei Personen für 14 Tage. Den Pool kann man nicht als sauber bezeichnen, extrem viele nicht zu definierende Schwebeteilchen. Sehr enttäuschend ist hier aber das Essen, die Auswahl hat bei weitem nichts mit fünf Sternen zu tun. Hier sollte sich die Hotelleitung mal ein RIU Hotel anschauen. Die Speisen sind meist nur fast lauwarm und wer am Morgen einen zweiten Cappuccino möchte, der wartet vergeblich. Abschließend möchte ich noch erwähnen, dass wir im letzten Jahr 800€ weniger bezahlt haben. Hier stimmt also das Preisleistungsverhältnis garnicht.

Regarding the food, we would like to kindly mention that our Executive Chef and Nutrition Specialist are always happy to help the customers and are ready to discuss personal wishes of the guests in case the variety of the main buffet does not meet their expectations, so our restaurant team could cook some meals specially for you and your family upon request (including any special diet/kids food).
