Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Det Management vom Restaurant sagt den Gästen direkt ins gesicht sie seien unwillkommen und er scheisse auf die Wünsche der Gäste. Das Hotel ist Videoüberwacht ohne ein Hinweis. ACHTUNG- Die Duschräume in Zimmern könnten auch Videoüberwacht sein, deshalb nicht nackt duschen! Das Hotel ist Kinderunfreundlich und Behinderten ungeeignet.
Sehr alt und verrostet. Sehr schlecht geputzt und das alle 10 Tage lang.
Die Lebensmitteln sind nicht frisch. Z.B. Verschimmelte Zittronen lagen in Tavernerestaurant vier Tage. Vier Mal wurde der Personal darüber informiert ohne eine Reacktion.
Sehr faul und unfreundlich. Die Zimmern werden sehr schlecht und sehr spät gereinigt. Erst nach aufforderung werden die Bettwsche ausgetauscht.

Dear Madam, Your hotel Rinela Beach is honored by your review. We appreciate that our hotel had been selected for your holidays. Please allow me to comment your remarks. There are some things such as the food or the rooms that are subjective since it is a matter of taste and this is something that can vary from person to person. Some people like a dish and some others like something else, some people like a décor while for others is unsuitable and this is ok because we are all different and have our own point of view. We are surprised to hear that you found our personnel unfriendly and lazy and our rooms dirty since the friendliness and hard work of our staff along with the total cleanliness of our hotel in general are two of the strongest parts as a hotel. Our guests return back to us every year because of our personnel since they love that it is always attentive, courteous, hardworking and ready to fulfill any possible request so that our guests enjoy their stay. Our chambermaids serve the rooms daily and along with the cleaning they change towels, linen and refill the amenities. So it is very strange for us to read your remarks about this. Especially since we tried to make you feel welcomed and cared by offering to you mini bar free of charge despite the fact that it wasn’t included in your reservation, daily booking in advance till the end of your stay for lunch and dinner in our Greek Taverna (while our guests have to make a reservation for it one day in advance and have to do this daily if they want to have their meal there every day), internet for two devices free of charge while this is a service for extra charge, compliments. But even this remark is ok for us. The only thing we cannot accept is false accusations and lies. And what you wrote about us video recording in the rooms and showers is a big lie and something you could be sued about. Whatever your opinion about our hotel is and whatever misunderstandings could have happened during your stay, we are all civilized grownups and it is inappropriate to give false evidence, especially so serious ones. It is forbidden by Greek law for hotels to make video recording of private places and this is something each hotel is checked about in order to receive permission to operate. We always pass all the checking in all the fields since our reputation and our guests’ safety is above all. We think it is very unfair to be accused like this for something we don’t do and to be discredit for our future guests. We reserve the right given to us by the European Law and we are going to hire legal support in your country, in order to ask legally the removal of your review which is untrue or you to prove your statement in court. Still we would like to express you once more our gratitude for visiting us and we would like to believe that in future we will be given this opportunity again.
