Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön, gross und insgesamt gepflegt. Die Essensauswahl wirkt jedoch oft ähnlich und verändert sich von Tag zu Tag nur leicht, zudem sind die Wartezeiten bei der Essensausgabe teilweise ziemlich lang. Ebenfalls kam es mehrmals vor, dass unser Tisch während wir Essen holen waren bereits an andere Gäste weitergegeben wurde.

Regarding the food we would like to kindly mention that each season we upgrade our F&B offerings with the commitment to serve the experiential needs of the international traveller. We would like to kindly mention that we have a menu of 14 daily options, in each meal time we offer 22 different dishes that differ from lunch to dinner and can be followed with garnish which of course has variety, but stays the same. The only reason why sometimes the same dish may be seen twice during those 14 days is because guests asked us to do so, for example the traditional dishes such as "Musakas" etc. Additionally, our Executive Chef and Nutrition Specialist are always available and happy to assist guests personally in case the variety offered at the buffet or a la carte restaurants does not fully meet individual expectations or specific dietary needs. Regarding your comment about the restaurant seating, we are sorry to learn about your experience. Please kindly note that during busy periods our team makes every effort to assist guests in finding suitable seating and to manage table allocation as efficiently as possible.
