Aus der SchweizEs handelt sich hierbei um ein Club-Hotel, für Gäste, die es ruhig mögen. Es hat alles - einfach ein bisschen teurer und geschmacklosem Essen
Wählt die renovierten Zimmer! Diese sind schön, geräumig und hell. Die älteren Zimmer sind dunkel (hellbrauner Farbton) und riechen nach „alter Hütte“.
Hier ganz grosser Minuspunkt! Das Essen schmeckt fade und die kleinen Portionen machen nicht jeden satt. Das Buffetrestaurant ist überfüllt und der Kampf ums Essen bescherte dem einen oder anderen durchaus einen roten Kopf und innerliche Aggressionenszustände. Dies weil wegen Corona nicht selber zugepackt werden darf, sondern dirch die Mitarbeiter auf den Teller gelegt wird. Wem das Essen zu fade und den Kampf nicht wert ist, wählt andere Restaurants ausserhalb des Hotel-Resorts. Die im Resort selber sind keine Alternative in Sachen Geschmack. Wieso die Gelateria bereits am späten Nachmittag schliesst bleibt mir ein Rätsel?! Sonst absolut empfehlenswert. Gute Produkte und superfreundliche Bedienung.

Ca. 15 - 20min Autofahrt bis zum Flughafen. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem schönen Strand. Die Ortschaft ist weiter weg und muss mit einem Fahrzeug oder Fahrrad zurückgelegt werden. Wenn man sich was wünschen könnte, wäre es, wenn die gemütlichen einheimischen Restaurants etc. gerade um die Ecke des Hotels und zu Fuss erreichbar wären.

Ausser Skifahren kann man fast alles tun im Resort. Jeder Pool und Strandabschnitt mit Bademeister. Dies hat zwei Vorteile. Es ist sicher, und dem deutschen Lieblingssport „Badetücher über Liegen hängen am frühen Morgen“ wird teilweise Einhalt gebietet.

Concerning your comment about the standard rooms in the main building, we wish to advise that we are in the middle of a renovation project and will be upgrading them soon; when they are finished, we hope all of the rooms will meet your highest expectations. Moreover, we do understand that we did not meet your expectations in our restaurants and we are sorry the food was not up to your flavor preference and experience, although the majority of the reviews we get for our food menus are very positive especially in terms of quality and taste. However, it would have been much appreciated and helpful to us if you had shared it with our staff while in the house to resolve it at hand, since your impressions are subjective to your own taste. In addition, if you felt the portions in the Main Restaurant were not enough for you, you could have asked for extra, as our staff are always happy to serve you and provide with the quantity you would like to have.
