Dear Matthias, I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience regarding your visit at Neptune Hotels - Resort, Convention Centre & Spa. First of all, we would like to extend our sincere apologies for the less than perfect experience and we're very thankful to you for having the time to express your valuable opinion. It is only through the valuable feedback from our customers like you when we realise we may have areas to improve upon, in order to meet, and exceed, our guests’ expectations. Further to your rate for our entertainment, we respect your opinion stated regarding our shows, but we cannot agree with it. The shows in our Theatre are provided by animators, not professionals. Despite this fact, they present 5 shows per week that are preformed on a high level and are rated as that. By our opinion, they definitely are not deserve only one sun. Also, regarding your comments in the prices, please note that we always aim to keep the overall prices in reasonable levels and always summit the market prices (European and local), the National Tax laws and the changes that been taking place. We're a 5* Half Board Resort, and to be able to provide you with the highest quality of service and variety, it means that we may have higher operating costs and therefore we believe that the offered rates are proportionate to the given service. We would like to thank you once again for reviewing us, and we appreciate your overall comments about your recent stay in our Resort.
