Dear RGG , Thank you for taking the time to leave your review after your recent stay at Neptune Hotels - Resort, Convention Centre & Spa. We are extremely pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay with us as well as highlighting the residences and our gardens and public areas. Further to your comments for our prices on food and drinks, we would like to mention that the operation cost of a real 5* hotel is high in order to manage and deliver the best possible quality of service, with named labels and the ambience that all our guests deserve and must have. As a Resort, we're a Half Board 5* hotel and therefore, there are facilities that are against a charge, for which in other hotels you often pay higher with lower standards and lower quality of food and drinks. In our case, the majority of our guests indicates that they find the price/quality ratio fair. We really believe that if you see the big picture of your experience with us, you should agree and with you, hopefully, next visit you'll recognise that our majority of prices are almost every year almost the same with very small differentiation that most of the times came from National regulations and laws.
