We are very sorry to hear that we were not able to provide you with the accommodation you expected. The “Sparzimmer” rooms are the rooms that, according to the opinion of our guests, are our less favorable ones. That is why they are our most economical room category. Although this is the case, these rooms comply with the high standards of the rest of our hotel. They are booked frequently and are widely accepted by the many guests that spend their holidays in them. When someone is not satisfied with the booked room, we offer them the opportunity to change to another room of the same category (when available) and if this is still not to their liking, an up-grade to a higher room category is always possible. It is good to know that an up-grade will always be against a charge. We are always here for our guests to provide them with the best solution within the frame work of what is possible. A large majority of our guests agree with this, as can be confirmed in the increase of the already high rating on social media regarding the quality of service in our hotel.
