We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall, and we appreciate your kind mentions of our quality service and the Resort's prime location right on the beach. However, we were sorry to learn that you were not entirely satisfied with the standard room you have stayed. It is our constant endeavor to deliver the desired expectation and we regret the room fell short of your expectation. Although on our website we give a real flavour of our rooms through the photos so no-one is surprised or disappointed on arrival, nonetheless we appreciate your comments about aspects of the room that need updating. Please also be informed that we will start implementing renovations and upgrades to the specific room type next year, as we are in a middle of a renovation project. With regards to your remark about the prices, we do try very hard to keep our prices competitive and apologise that we did not meet your satisfaction in this regard. Also, and due to the worldwide economic challenges we are all facing, we were forced to increase our prices, despite that we absorbed the majority of the increases and passed just a fraction to our guests. However, we assure you that our prices reflect our quality and are comparable to similar properties in the area of the same class categorisation. In addition, we feel we provide good value given the extensive facilities we offer.
