We are truly sorry to learn that you experienced noise disturbances during your stay and that the initial room did not meet your expectations. While we are pleased that our manager was able to assist by offering a better room, we sincerely regret that the external noise still affected your comfort. Being located on a main boulevard does bring convenience and accessibility, but we understand that it may not be ideal for guests who are sensitive to noise or planning an early start.
