Dieses Hotel entsprich KEINE 5*, außer bei den Preisen für Getränke & Speisen, diese entsprechen einem 5* Hotel. Leider


Zimmer

  • Das Zimmer Nr. 3005 "King Evergreen Retreat" mit Gartenblick entsprach nicht unsere gebuchte Kategorie. Das Zimmer war im EG und wir buchten einen Balkon. Die Ausstattung war ziemlich normal, nichts besonderes. Auf dem Balkon gab es nur billige Plastik Stühle ohne Polster diese waren sehr unbequem. Also von der Marke HILTON nicht blenden lassen, den das kennen wir anders.

  • Das Essen war immer Lauwarm ob Morgens oder Abends. Von griechische Küche war wenig vorhanden, jeden Tag immer gleiche Speisen, Dessert war sehr Schoko lastig. Es fehlte an Abwechslung. Beim Besteck hatte man fürs Dessert nie eingedeckt, eine kleine Gabel oder Löffel wären oft hilfreich gewesen. Morgens fürs Müsli musste man immer nach einem großem Löffel fragen. Alles zusammen gefasst: Sehr langweilig.

  • Der Service war nicht gut. Das Management hat sich zwar täglich präsentiert aber bei richtigen Problemen kam immer nur ein SORRY :-(. Beispiel unser Zimmer stand nach einem heftigem Gewitter unter Wasser und die Reinigungsdame Schaufelte Schaum aus dem Zimmer und drei weiter Damen versuchten das Wasser aufzuwischen, danach kam nichts außer SORRY vom Management. Keine Flasche Prosecco o.ä. Zum Glück war das Wetter und das Meer toll, sonst hätten wir die Urlaubstage verschenkt.

    Dear Guest, We would like to sincerely thank you for reaching us out regarding your recent stay with us. It was truly an honor to have you as our guests at Numo Ierapetra. We understand how important it is to find peace and relaxation during one’s holidays, especially after a busy period back home, and we are grateful that you chose our resort for this special time. Regarding your room allocation, we are aware that you were initially shown your originally booked room — 1202 Evergreen Retreat with Balcony. Following your request for a ground-floor room with garden views, our Front Office Manager personally assisted you and presented several available options. After viewing rooms 1202, 5001, and 3005, you selected the latter, as it best met your preferences for privacy. We were pleased to receive your positive feedback on that choice. Concerning the unfortunate flooding incident, please allow me to clarify that this was due to exceptionally heavy rainfall — the first since April — which affected large parts of Greece, including Athens and many islands. The rainfall was unusually intense, lasting only fifteen minutes but causing widespread flooding across the island. Our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams responded promptly to remove the water, disinfect the affected area, and take preventive measures — including placing sandbags — to avoid any recurrence. The Front Office team also offered you a room change for your comfort, though we fully respect your decision to remain in your chosen accommodation. According to our Guest Experience Team, your overall feedback was positive. You particularly enjoyed our open-air cinema and kindly mentioned to Jacob during check-out that you appreciated the facilities, the kindness of our staff, and that the matter with the room and flooding had been handled satisfactorily. Our entire team was at your disposal throughout your visit; however, it was only after your departure that you mentioned the aspects of the restaurant that did not meet your preferences. We would like to clarify that the facilities and the room equipment vary depending on the room category from standard rooms to rooms with large balconies and private pools offering an elevated experience. Rest assured that we will use your valuable feedback fruitfully to enhance the level of our services in this Curio Collection resort in Ierapetra. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay and would be grateful for the opportunity to welcome you back, so we can provide the high standard of service you rightfully expect.
