On the room cleanliness and maintenance, we apologize that housekeeping did not consistently meet your expectations. This is certainly not the standard we aim to uphold, and we have addressed this with our housekeeping team to ensure improvements are made immediately. We understand that the weather conditions during your stay had a significant impact on your ability to enjoy the beach and outdoor amenities. While we unfortunately cannot control the weather, we appreciate your frustration and are actively working on ways to enhance our indoor offerings during stormy periods to ensure guests can still enjoy their stay comfortably. We’ve also noted your feedback regarding the cold pool temperatures and the DJ music. We’ll look into solutions to improve water comfort, and we’ll share your feedback with our entertainment team to better diversify the music selections and accommodate different preferences.
