Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on HolidayCheck and for having stayed at our hotel. We are extremely disappointed that Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate was not the correct location choice for you. We understood that your stay dates were during holy month of Ramadan, where we conduct IFTAR experience in our ballroom which is a paid event. While we organized few days as an experiential access for you in this event, your package was originally and always serviced in our beautiful restaurant Mistral. While we do organize free shuttle twice a day to the beach, i have noted your comments on scheduling them better. We always request our guests to pre-book the slots in advance so that we can always organize better, Thank you once again for your feedback and we do hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a more vibrant experience.
