We are really surprised with this review,but every critic is welcome. We will reply with the figures of guests's satisfaction instead. Our intention is to offer to our clients pleasant,relaxing and safe holidays that ruled by specific regulations. Therefore swimming is not permitted at 19:00 h. after the Lifeguard from poll is gone. And this is quite clear and we do mind about! Cleaning staff is obliged to knock two times at least ,before entering the room for daily service. Regarding F & B departments(food and Drinks) all is in buffet styleand no waiter service. Cleanliness of Resort: (Excell:87,5%,Good:11,5%) Staff friendliness: (Excell:88,8%,Good:11,2%) Upon arrival,each client receives a welcome letter from Hotel Management.explaining that in case of any issue,problem or suggestion ,to contact the Reception Desk or the Guest Relation and any kind of case would immediately be investigated and solved on the spot. Animation is daily on duty ,except 1 day in the week(day Off), offering daily and evening programs! We are proud about our staff and we count alot on this matter.
