Dear Sir , first of all,we would like kindly to thank you for reviewing us here at the Dessole Olympos. Every one has the possiblity to choose an accommodation ,out of three types. If you book an economy room, you receive exaxtly what you booked. On the Hotel description it is clearly described that these rooms do not have a balcony! We are on the stage to organize several construction updates for next season 2020. Your comments are extremely valuable to us and having in mind to improve ourselves for the future. Greeks are hard working people and we are going to make it. Out target is to satisfy as many clients as possible for the next season.
