Treppe ins Meer zum schnorcheln kaputt, nur am Strand liegen können und Limonade trinken. Sehr schlechtes unfreundliches Personal, Kinder im Haus. Mein 7.Mal in Ägypten, absolut kein Cent wert.
Bett ein bisschen zu hart, schlechte Sauberkeit, keine Hygiene. TV ohne Programme. WLAN nur für Zuschlag.
Sehr begrenzte Auswahl an den Gerichten, nur Sprudel und Limo zu trinken, Bier und billiges Alkohol aus Plastik Flaschen. Keine richtige Bar in ganzem Areal.
Personal ohne gute Englischkenntnisse, unfreundlich, Beschwerde ignoriert, unprofessionell. Einiges zu lernen.
Von Hurghada aus 2,5 Stunden Fahrt, mein Ausflug war okay. Habe schon in Hurghada schöneres erlebt. Hotelpersonal nur Anfänger ohne Ahnung. Hotel nach drei Tagen gewechselt.

Dear Ms. Ciara, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. Our apologies that you did not enjoy your vacation with us. Our resort, rooms and furniture is meant to look old to portray the old nubian culture. We had some paint works in one of the building facade and it is already done and the curtain is removed. Also, we have new changes in management and soon re-branding. You can check the recent reviews as proof. New menus and F&B concept are put in place, elevated service standards as well. We also added free wifi in public areas (lobby, terrace, pool bar, and beach bar areas). We hope you could pay us a second visit soon to see the changes by yourself.
