Sehr schlechte Hygiene und Sauberkeit, unfreundliches Personal, sehr altes Haus, kaum was zu trinken, immer wieder die gleichen so Speisen, Kakalaken in und vor Zimmern. Überall Geschirr verstreut.
Sehr hartes nett, dreimal Zimmer gewechselt.
Jeden Tag das gleiche zum Essen, oft nicht frisch und sehr eintönig.
Keine Interesse Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Beschwerde ignoriert, nur größer Worte, aber nichts getan.
Sehr abgelegene Anlage, ca 2,5 Stunden von Hurghada entfernt. Ausflüge auf offenes Meer drin.

Dear Ms. Janna, We remember your case very well. You arrived to our hotel as a single guest, and immediately became friends with Ms. Ursula (who also wrote us a one star review), and both of you, encouraged the other guests in house to write negative reviews on the online platforms. Both of you blackmailed us to receive free services during all of your stay. You received free room upgrades and free fruit and mango baskets. When you asked again for a free upgrade to a sea view suite and we refused and sent an email to your travel agencies asking them to change for you the hotel. You cursed all the staff including the owner himself, who was available there at the moment. Always dissatisfied, broke plates in the restaurant. Both of you were not normal guests who wanted to enjoy a peaceful vacation. You begged us to stay at the hotel after we requested an hotel change for both of you.
