Das komplette Hotel und insbesondere auch die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet mit französischem Flair. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht und versucht einem sämtliche Wünsche zu erfüllen (z.B. Tischreservierung im ansonsten ausgebuchten Sternerestaurant). Das Frühstück und vor allem auch der High Tea im Café Claire sind absolut empfehlenswert!

Zentrale Lage in Sukhumvit, schicke Gegend, Street Food und Lumpini Park in Gehweite. Skytrainstations Chitlom und Ploenchit ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, wobei es auch regelmäßige Shuttlefahrten vom Hotel aus gibt.
