Positiv: Das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Mit Reklamationen wird gut umgegangen. Sauberkeit für nicht-deutsche Verhältnisse sehr gut (für Deutsche max. mittelmäßig) Negativ: Der Pool liegt direkt an der Bar und die ist ab morgends dauerbeschallt. Dadurch kann man sich das Frühstück auf dem Balkon sparen. Wenn die Musik nicht vom Hotel kommt, dann beschallt die Partymeile (ca. 100m) alles und nur mit geschlossenen Türen einigermaßen ruhig. Die Klimaanlage ist eher mäßig gut, mal funktioniert sie, mal nicht. Bezahlt werden muss aber. Fazit: Für Abiturienten das optimale Hotel. Für ruhige Urlauber denen nach Relaxen ist, eher südlicher der Insel schauen. Zu Rhodos: Überlaufene Touri-Insel mit massig Liegestühlen.

Thank you for your review. We welcome reviews and all comments from our guests - not least those which are critical and can help us address problems and try to offer improvements. As a family hotel, welcoming guests of all ages from many countries, we recognise that many of our guests value a tranquil night's sleep and a restful day by the pool. Listening to feedback we have now addressed some of the problems relating to "noise" - we have banned the local "workers" from using our pools and sun terrace which has lead to a much more enjoyable environment for our guests - and a reduction in the volume of music played has been welcomed too. We try to accommodate (subject to availability) guests in Studios or Rooms most suited to their preferences. It is unfortunate that you stayed in a Studio facing the pool and sun terrace - most of our accommodation is located facing away from the pool and in our tranquil Gardens Building offering a far more peaceful experience. We have addressed the issue of air-conditioning resulting in a much more consistent reliability. We have also now persuaded most tour operators to include air-conditioning in holidays prices (June - September) meaning guests will not have to pay extra upon arrival. Mark.
