Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit im Palace Downtown verbracht. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Burj Khalifa und normalerweise hat man von den Seeseiten-Zimmern einen traumhaften Blick auf die Fontänen. Aktuell ist dort jedoch eine Baustelle, die tagsüber etwas zu hören sein kann. Was uns sehr positiv überrascht hat: Schon beim Check-in hat uns das Personal darauf hingewiesen und angeboten, uns jederzeit auf die andere Seite des Hotels umzulegen, falls wir uns gestört fühlen sollten. Diese offene Kommunikation und der sofortige Lösungsansatz sind wirklich vorbildlich und zeigen, wie sehr das Wohlbefinden der Gäste hier im Mittelpunkt steht. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber, großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und von hoher Qualität. Der Service war in allen Bereichen ausgesprochen aufmerksam und herzlich. Fazit: Ein tolles Stadthotel mit perfekter Lage und einem Management, das proaktiv und kundenorientiert handelt. Die aktuelle Baustelle sollte man wissen, aber dank der flexiblen Zimmerlösung stellt das keinen echten Nachteil dar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
