Ich kann das Hotel nur eingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Lobby war sehr freundlich, am Pool eher weniger. Die Restaurants haben mich sehr begeistert, das Zimmer jedoch enttäuscht. Die Klimaanlage war sehr alt und extrem laut. Die Poolanlage war groß und weitläufig, das Meer nicht zum Baden geeignet. Insgesamt würde ich die Region Cancun direkt meiden lieber an die Playa del Carmen, nach Tulum oder auf eine der Inseln reisen.
