Hotel wirbt im Internet mit einem Prospekt von vor ca.20 Jahren stimmt nichts mehr . Bad und Zimmer sind sehr eng, es gibt nur eine Bar im Hotel und die ist schmuddelig die Gläser sind nicht gerade sauber und die Tische werden nicht gereinigt,Getränke wie Limo Und Wasser gibt es nur vom Automaten auch das Bier muss man selbst zapfen.All Inkl.Essen ist ein Witz keine Auswahl und der Rest ist auch nicht gerade prickelnd vom Personal ganz zu schweigen die sind sehr unfreundlich und nicht gerade die schnellsten beim abräumen ,dafür sind die zwei Mädels am Empfang um so freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett.Der Supermarkt im Hotel war nur einmal offen.Die Pools sind nie saubergemacht worden und Liegen waren auch zu wenig aufgestellt.Dafür wurden die Liegen von den anderen Hotelgästen schon am Abend für den nächsten Tag reserviert obwohl das verboten war.

Dear Guests, Thank you for your comments and your critique. Please excuse the English language used in our reply. We would like to apologize for not having met your expectations during your stay in Lutania Beach Hotel, yet please be so kind as to note the following: 1. From what it is seen in our archives, although your reservation was for a double room, you were upgraded to a family room which is considerably more spacious than double rooms. It is true that your allocated room, falls onto the building's main conjuction, hence its shorter width compared to the adjoining rooms, but unfortunately this is a construction issue that could not be changed. The difference in width is no more than 30cm in width compared to the other rooms. The length is common for all rooms anyway. Perhaps if you had requested for a room change at the reception, you would surely have enjoyed a more spacious room. 2. There is only one main bar in operation in our hotel and it is dedicated to all guests, including those under All-inclusive packages. The bar, as well as the entire building, rooms and open spaces, are cleaned daily by our staff. We are sorry if the bar gave you the wrong impression, but perhaps it was during the serving hours when - because of guests serving themselves and carrying food to tables - the space appears less in order, but as soon as the buffet closes, all area is cleaned thouroughly. As for the glasses you mention, these as well as plates etc come straight out of the washing machine, so in case you found some unclean it would have been advisable to indicate it to our staff members. We hope this phenomenon was not occurring throughout your stay and it was only a single unlucky incident. 3. Being an all-inclusive hotel, like so many others, all drinks and food are offered on self-service basis and guests are kindly expected to serve themselves freely. As for food in particular, unfortunately it is not possible to match all our guests' tastes, although this is our main concern and aim - to please as many as possible, if not all. Our menu changes daily for both lunch and dinner buffets and it is particularly enriched during the popular Greek Nights events! We specialize primarily on Greek cuisine, so that our guests have a taste of their host country's traditional food, which apparently does not match all our guests' tastes, yet it is highly appreciated by the vast majority of them too. Dishes from Mediterranean cuisine in general are also on offer on daily basis, so as to add to variety. 4. Our staff members all do their best to please and assist our guests and have the best of intentions, exactly like the two ladies in the reception. We hope the feeling you had of them was a misconcpetion, being disappointed by all the rest mentioned in your commentation. 5. The mini market was closed during your stay for technical reasons, but since the beginning of June it operates normally again. 6. The pool is cleared daily early in the morning, but being outdoor it is possible it does not remain in the same condition for too long. The wind transfers dirt and leaves often, while many guests unfortunately swim into the pool directly from the beach, carrying all sand with their feet, although showers are available nearby. 7. As for sunbeds around the pool, it is not possible to have as many as our guests or rooms are. There would hardly be any space free around the pool. Besides, there is always the option of using the sunbeds on the beach.
