Dear Guests, Thank you very much for your comments and useful criticism. I apologize for replying in English, as my German in written is very basic. We are glad you acknowledge the location of the hotel which is highly appreiciated by all. Kinldy note that our main concern, like you have noticed in the rooms, is to keep our facilities as clean and in order as possible. Perhaps the tables in the restaurant and main bar were not in order or the table clothes not changed as often as desired during the service hours, but our staff make all possible to maintain them in the best possible condition before, during and especially after the buffet/service hours. As for the water you mention, bottles are sold both in our bar and mini market during their opening hours, so that our guests can buy to keep in their rooms for the night, as we are not an ultra-All inclusive hotel, where normally water in the rooms is included in the package. Concerning the aircondition, it is mentioned in all the agencies we cooperate with that it operates from 15/06 every year and afterwards. We are sorry in case you were not properly informed about it in advance. With regards to the issue raised of the beverages being not cold enough, it is true that during your stay we have had some technical issues with our post mix machine for 1-2 days, but is was fixed immediately. Kindly note, by the way, that the beverages and beer we offer in our all-inclusive package are all provided by the famous local company VAP which is the best in the local market and a guarantee for good quality and taste. As for the food, we are sorry you found it so unattractive, Although we try our best to meet all our guests' tastes, it is practically not feasible. Our buffets consist mainly of Greek dishes, aiming at giving our guests a taste of their host country's cuisine. This is appreciated by the vast majority of our guests but unfortunately not all are equally attracted by it. To enrich our variety, dishes from the Mediterranean cuisine in general are included in the buffets, as well as mostly home-made sweets and fresh fruits. Thank you for raising the issue you of the sunbeds around the pool because it is very critical to address. It is not allowed by our guests to reserve sunbeds with their towels, but unfortunately not all follow the rules equally. We make sure that our staff members early in the morning collect all towels from the sunbeds around the pool, so that all have equal chances on making use of them. Like mentioned, there is always the option of using those on the beach by paying a ticket. The cost of this ticket corresponds to the rent required by the local authorities to allow hotels place their sunbeds along their beachfront. The beach does not belong to hotels, it belongs to the Greek State and for hotels to use it, need to pay the rent. In addition, this cost of 3,50 Euros per person/per day is considerably much less than in other beaches around the island.
