Großes Hotel mit einigen Mäkeln. Leider kein 5-Sterne-Niveau. Der Pool ist leider zu warm, WLAN nur in der Lobby und das Essen ist leider nur durchschnittlich. Das Hausriff sehr gut zum Schnorcheln.
Das Zimmer hat seine Gebrauchsspuren, jedoch völlig in Ordnung. Hin und wieder können Ameisen durch diverse kleine Öffnungen ins Zimmer gelangen , deswegen sollte man niemals essen oder Essensreste dort liegen lassen.
Durchschnittliche Küche. Die Standard wie Pizza und Pasta sind gegeben jedoch kann man da mehr erwarten. Die Qualität ist ebenfalls eher durchschnittlich. Leider ist der große Essbereich viel zu überfüllt und es entstehen lange Wartezeiten für Pizza und Pasta. Hier empfehlen wir in den kleinen Bereich zu wechseln auch wenn dieser nur einen Außenbereich und eine kleine Auswahl anbietet.
Service beim Zimmer: Wir hatten einen sehr gute Servicekraft, der das Zimmer zu jederzeit sauber hielt. Probleme wurden sofort beseitigt. Hinzu kamen kleine Aufmerksamkeit en für unsere Nichte, die positiv zu benennen sind. Service beim Essen: Leider ist der Service beim Essen nicht optimal. Man sieht, dass man bemüht ist, jedoch das Personal schnell überlastet ist und den überblick verliert. So kam es öfters vor, das Getränke sehr spät serviert wurden. Hinzu hatte man das Gefühl , dass der Service sehr abhängig vom Trinkgeld ist.

Es werden diverse Aktivitäten angeboten. Besonders positiv ist das Hausriff zum Schnorcheln. Negativ ist, dass der Kids Club leider zu weit entfernt liegt.

All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
